1. Q: Are your products only for locs and dreadlocks?

A: No. Although they may be used slightly differently, our products serve ALL hair and skin types.

 

2. Q: Can I use these products on my skin?

A: Absolutely! All products we create are mutli use for hair and skin.

 

3. Q: Can I use these products on children?

A: Yes! Our products are formulated to be mild enough to use on children as young as 2 years old unless otherwise indicated. 

 

4. Q: How long is the shelf life of products?

A: Our Moisture Mists have a shelf life of about 6 months when properly stored as we do not believe in adding preservatives that may be harmful to hair, skin and our environment. Keep mists in cool, dry, dark space (ie. bathroom cabinet). For best results, refrigeration is recommended to extend the shelf life and keep mists fresh. It's also nice for a cool refresher during your daily moisturizing. Discard after 6 months if not refrigerated.

Oils and shampoos have a shelf life of 1 year+

 

5. Q: When can I expect to receive my products?

A: Due to high volume and the handcrafting process, we do ask that you allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Select your shipping speed at checkout. Ground shipping is typically 4-5 business days and Priority is typically 2-3 business days. We do offer a 'Skip The Line' option if you would like 'Same or Next Business Day' Shipping. 

 

6. Which products are best for dry, itchy, or flaky scalp?

The Scalp Soothing & Stimulating Oil, Lavish Lavender Mist and Spearmint Eucalyptus Shampoo are highly recommended for these scalp issues
